Residential Real Estate
This year has brought a wonderful variety of residential shoots, from charming starter homes to elegant waterfront properties. Each home has its own personality, and my goal is always to bring that forward in photos—whether it’s the natural light streaming into a living room, the sleek lines of a newly renovated kitchen, or the curb appeal that makes a property stand out. These shoots are especially rewarding because they help families and agents present homes in the best possible way as they prepare to sell or rent.
Commercial Real Estate
Alongside residential work, I’ve also partnered with businesses, developers, and local colleges on commercial photography projects. These include documenting renovations on campus, capturing office interiors, and showcasing retail spaces. Strong commercial images not only attract tenants and buyers but also highlight the investments being made in our community—whether that’s a newly upgraded lecture hall, a modern office, or a revitalized downtown storefront.
