Adele and Lee were such a great couple to be around on their wedding day. They have been happily together for a while now, and their wedding was all about celebrating their love for each other and bringing their two families together. I loved their sense of style too, from Lee’s bow ties and converse sneakers, to Adele’s fur wrap. They were relaxed and truly enjoyed the day with each other and their family and friends.
Lee, his guests, and I waited in Gunnison Chapel for Adele and her daughter to arrive. Adele’s grandchildren and their parents got ready in the narthex, and I could tell the kids were so excited to see Gramma on her wedding day. They rushed over to give her a hug when she arrived.
Lee and Adele’s ceremony inside the beautiful chapel was a lot of fun with their friend Rafe presiding.
We stayed in Gunnison and on campus for some photographs with Lee and Adele and both of their families. We were so excited that the weather was nice enough on this week before Thanksgiving that we could take some photos outside.
When I met with Adele and Lee before the wedding, they had said that the reception and seeing their friends and family having fun was the most important part of their photography. And it was most definitely fun! They were dancing in the aisles at The Club and the DJ from Twin Towers Entertainment definitely kept the party going. Everyone stayed until the very end.
It was a fun and beautiful day, and I am so thankful to Lee and Adele for choosing me to be a part of it.
